- Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited program.

Licensure
- Active, unencumbered RN license from the state of Alabama.

- Minimum of 6 months of RN work experience.

- Current CPR certification (Basic Life Support preferred).

- Manage and coordinate comprehensive nursing care for a diverse patient caseload with acute and chronic medical conditions or recovering from surgical procedures.
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies safely and accurately, while monitoring for patient response and potential complications.
- Perform systematic patient assessments, document changes in condition, and communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure timely intervention.
- Educate patients and their families on disease processes, post-discharge care, medications, and strategies for managing health after leaving the hospital.
- Prioritize and delegate tasks efficiently to support staff (e.g., LPNs, CNAs) to ensure all patient care needs are met in a timely manner.
