Registered Nurse-Medical Aesthetics & IV Therapy

Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Aesthetics & IV Therapy *Medical Aesthetic & K-Beauty Clinic* We are seeking a *skilled, professional, and patient-focused Registered Nurse (RN)* to join our growing medical aesthetic practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN interested in expanding their career into *medical aesthetics, advanced aesthetic technology, IV therapy, and wellness treatments*. The RN will work closely with our medical team and receive training on our treatment protocols and advanced aesthetic devices. Responsibilities * Perform various *medical aesthetic treatments using advanced energy-based devices* according to clinic protocols and scope of practice * Provide patient consultations, education, and pre- and post-treatment instructions * Perform *IV insertion and IV therapy* * Assess patients before treatments and monitor patients during and after procedures * Assist with medical aesthetic and wellness treatments as appropriate * Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation * Follow all clinical safety, infection-control, and treatment protocols * Educate patients about treatment plans and recommended maintenance * Provide a high level of patient care and customer service * Work collaboratively with physicians, providers, aestheticians, and other team members * Participate in ongoing training for new aesthetic technologies and treatment protocols Required Qualifications * *Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing* * *Strong IV insertion skills are required* * Must be comfortable and confident establishing peripheral IV access * Strong clinical assessment and patient-care skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented * Comfortable learning and operating advanced medical aesthetic technology * Ability to follow medical protocols and maintain accurate documentation Preferred Qualifications * *ER, Emergency Department, infusion, IV therapy, or other clinical experience involving frequent IV insertion is strongly preferred* * Previous medical aesthetic, dermatology, plastic surgery, or wellness experience is a plus * Experience with energy-based aesthetic devices is a plus * Experience with IV therapy and venipuncture is highly desirable * Interest in *K-Beauty, medical aesthetics, skin health, body treatments, and wellness* Medical Aesthetic Training Previous aesthetic experience is preferred but *not required for the right candidate*. We are willing to train an experienced RN who has strong clinical skills, excellent IV insertion technique, and a genuine interest in developing expertise in medical aesthetics.
