LPN Charge Nurse. Make up to $28 + Qtrly Wage Increases. Flexible Scheduling including
- 12 hour shifts available. Beautiful Assisted Living Community Center. Essential Functions include monitoring daily care of all residents, performing skilled nursing tasks, documenting observations and incidents, communicating with family members and physicians, recording and implementing physician orders, ensuring medication aides maintain accurate records, and providing status reports. Supervisory/Management duties include shift assignments, monitoring care staff performance, managing shift coverage, scheduling, handling complaints, and managing minor physical plant issues.

Requirements
- LPN/LVN License
- RN License
- Current state LPN/LVN or RN License if required by State
- Previous experience working with the elderly in a healthcare setting
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to establish effective relationships with residents, family members, and staff
- Strong documentation skills
- Ability to represent the facility in a positive and professional manner
