Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Local Contract (LTC)
Facility: Grand Islander Center Location: Middletown, RI
Schedule
- 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- Hours: 32 hours/week (guaranteed)
- Pay: $40-$43/hour ($1,280 - $1,376 weekly gross)
- Work Days: Wednesday – Saturday
- Days Off: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday
- Contract: 9 weeks
- Start: ASAP
Summary
Provide direct patient care in a long-term care (LTC) setting, supporting residents with daily care, medication administration, and overall health monitoring.
Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments
Monitor and document patient conditions
Assist with daily care and support residents
Collaborate with nursing staff and physicians
Ensure patient safety and follow care plans
Requirements / Credentials
Active LPN License in Rhode Island or Compact License – required
1+ year LTC experience required, 2+ preferred
Must be within 60 miles of facility
Ability to work overnight shifts (Wed–Sat)
