The Pearl at Fort Lauderdale Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate Evening RN Supervisor to join our leadership team. The RN Supervisor will oversee evening nursing operations, support clinical staff, ensure quality resident care, and maintain compliance with all facility policies and regulatory standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical leader looking to grow within a dynamic skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing staff during the evening shift
- Ensure delivery of high-quality resident care and clinical services
- Monitor compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Assist with admissions, assessments, and resident care coordination
- Respond to clinical issues, emergencies, and resident/family concerns
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to nursing staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote positive resident outcomes
- Complete clinical documentation and incident reporting as required
- Assist with staffing coordination and workflow management
- Maintain a safe and professional environment for residents and staff
Qualifications
- Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Knowledge of long-term care regulations and standards
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
