About the employer

Epic Healthcare
Hiring organization

You are looking at Epic Healthcare in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, on the West Shore. Public nurse detail is still limited: one nurse practitioner review rated the workplace 5.0 and described a positive environment with healthy patients. If you relocate or commute…

What reviewers appreciate

  • NP review rated the workplace 5.0
  • Reviewer described a positive work environment
  • Reviewer noted healthy patients

What reviewers flag

  • Only a single NP review is on record, so RN day-to-day detail is thin
  • No public pay, ratio, scheduling, or benefits figures in the sources on hand
  • In-town Mechanicsburg traffic is heavy; many commuters avoid living in the borough core

  • Can you walk me through the differentials?
  • What should I expect for shifts, weekly hours, weekend, holiday, call, and rotation?
  • What orientation, preceptor time, and ongoing unit support are included?
