About this role
Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to assume responsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing process and the delivery of patient care. The Registered Nurse (RN) demonstrates the ability to make clinical judgments in an effective and efficient manner under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services. Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care; assessing signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes; collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data; documenting patient plan of care; performing interventions according to identified priorities; and revising plan of care as needed.
Requirements include current RN License, current Health Certificate, current PPD or Chest X-Ray, current BLS card, and one year prior RN experience preferred.
