Our Skilled Nursing Facility located in Pensacola, is seeking RN (Registered Nurse) Supervisors for 3-11 shifts during the week. The Supervisor job functions are: Direct and coordinate the nursing units under their supervision. Provide resident care services with kindness and compassion to the residents. Plan, organize, and oversee staff to provide patient care. Evaluate care and ensures customer satisfaction. Oversee the department's daily staffing requirements. Orient clinical staff to their job responsibilities. Act as an interface between the staff, residents, and the residents' families.
