The Wound Care Registered Nurse (RN) provides specialized assessment, treatment, and management of acute and chronic wounds for patients across Mercy Care Atlanta's ambulatory care settings. This role supports patient-centered, team-based care by delivering evidence-based wound treatment, patient education, and care coordination to prevent complications and promote healing.

Requirements

Current, unrestricted RN license in Georgia
Minimum two years of clinical nursing experience, including at least one year of wound care or related specialty experience
Current BLS/CPR certification
Experience with electronic health records
Strong communication, patient education, and collaboration skills
Commitment to serving diverse and underserved populations
