The Wound Care Registered Nurse (RN) provides specialized assessment, treatment, and management of acute and chronic wounds for patients across Mercy Care Atlanta's ambulatory care settings. This role supports patient-centered, team-based care by delivering evidence-based wound treatment, patient education, and care coordination to prevent complications and promote healing.

Requirements

  • Current, unrestricted RN license in Georgia
  • Minimum two years of clinical nursing experience, including at least one year of wound care or related specialty experience
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
  • Experience with electronic health records
  • Strong communication, patient education, and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to serving diverse and underserved populations
