Our client is a well-established clinical research organization conducting Phase I–IV trials that help bring innovative therapies to patients. As a Clinical Research RN, you'll play a critical role in ensuring study participants receive exceptional care while supporting the safe and accurate execution of clinical trials.
This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who enjoy direct patient interaction, have strong clinical skills, and are interested in advancing healthcare through research.
What You'll Do
As part of the clinical research team, you will:
Administer investigational medications and study-related treatments according to protocol requirements

Monitor research participants and provide nursing care throughout study activities
Perform venipuncture, specimen collection, processing, and documentation
Conduct ECGs, vital signs assessments, point-of-care testing, and other protocol-specific procedures
Process, label, store, and ship biological samples in accordance with study guidelines
Maintain accurate source documentation and research records
Ensure compliance with study protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with physicians, coordinators, and research staff to support successful study execution
Help maintain a safe, organized, and participant-focused clinical environment
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Active RN license in the state of Florida
Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience
Current CPR certification
Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
Clinical research experience
Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and research regulations
Phlebotomy certification
ACLS certification
Experience performing venipuncture, ECGs, specimen processing, and laboratory procedures
