Overview

Join our dedicated nursing team at Charlotte Bay Rehabilitation and Care Center, where compassionate care meets professional growth. We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality, resident-centered nursing care in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Key

Responsibilities

Procure and manage prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment as required.

Implement and execute individualized care plans to meet residents' unique health needs.

Perform clinical duties such as wound care, treatments, and nursing procedures safely and efficiently.

Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of resident observations, interventions, and assessments.

Safeguard the privacy and rights of residents, their families, and colleagues in accordance with HIPAA regulations and facility policies.

Qualifications

Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Florida.

Previous experience in skilled nursing care is highly preferred.

Strong clinical skills combined with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
