About this role
Extension of the Director of Nursing/Residential Service providing leadership and supervision of an assigned cottage within the Nursing/Residential Department at MDH RICA Baltimore. Accomplishes care through supervision, support and assistance to RN's, other Nursing/Residential staff and team members. Provides administrative guidance during off duty hours and supports family-driven, youth-guided treatment of clients. Requires Bachelor's degree in Nursing or health-related field, four years RN experience including two years supervisory/administrative and two years in psychiatric setting. Current RN license from Maryland Board of Nursing required.
