We are looking for dedicated nurses who are passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of patients’ homes.

Our field clinicians are supported with advanced technology, including *NestMed AI Assistant* and *Kinnser (WellSky) EMR*, designed to streamline documentation, improve accuracy, and reduce after-hours charting—allowing clinicians to spend more time focused on delivering exceptional patient care.

*Position Overview*

This *PRN Field RN position* is ideal for nurses who value *flexibility, independence, and meaningful one-on-one patient care*.

The RN Field Nurse will provide skilled nursing services to assigned home health patients, complete comprehensive assessments, support individualized care plans, and ensure compliance with home health standards and regulatory requirements.

We are currently hiring a PRN RN to support continued growth throughout *Seminole County, Kissimmee, Four Corners, and surrounding communities.*

*Position Responsibilities*

  • Provide skilled nursing services to patients in their homes
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and reassessments
  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation, including OASIS assessments
  • Develop and contribute to individualized patient care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered
  • Provide wound care and other skilled nursing interventions
  • Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, medications, and safety
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
  • Maintain compliance with agency policies, state, and federal regulations
  • Utilize AI-supported tools to improve documentation efficiency and accuracy

*Qualifications*

  • Active *Florida Registered Nurse (RN) License* in good standing
  • Home health experience preferred
  • OASIS experience preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and patient education abilities
  • Self-directed, organized, and dependable
  • Reliable transportation for field visits
  • Current CPR certification
