# Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Evening Shift
- Facility: Fair Meadow Nursing Home
- Location: Fertile, MN
- Duration: 13 Weeks
- Shift: Evenings
- Hours: 8-hour shifts (6 evening shifts/week)
- Guaranteed Hours: 48 hours/week
- Pay Rate: $38 – $40/hr
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,824 – $1,920/week (based on 48 hrs)
### Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. Responsible for administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, supporting ADLs, and collaborating with the care team to ensure resident safety, comfort, and quality of life.
### Requirements
Active *LPN license (state of Minnesota or compact eligible)**
Experience in *LTC or Skilled Nursing Facility preferred**
- Strong medication administration and documentation skills
Ability to work *evening shift schedule (6 shifts/week)**
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage high-acuity LTC residents as needed
### Facility Notes
- Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care setting
- OT available
Housing stipend: *$60/day** Travel reimbursement: *$520**
- Scrubs: Any color permitted
- 36–48 hour weekly structure depending on assignment
