Illume Aesthetics is seeking a confident, relationship-focused Registered Nurse Injector to join our growing aesthetics practice in Ashland, Oregon. This position is designed for an experienced aesthetic nurse who can independently perform cosmetic injectable treatments, build long-term patient relationships, and confidently recommend comprehensive treatment plans.

What You’ll Do
As an Experienced RN Injector, you will
- Consult with new and existing patients to understand their concerns, goals, medical history, and treatment preferences.
- Perform safe, natural-looking cosmetic injectable treatments, including neurotoxins such as Botox and dermal fillers.
- Follow prescribed treatment plans and all applicable clinical protocols.
- Evaluate patients to determine their suitability for available aesthetic treatments.
- Develop strong, lasting patient relationships built on trust, education, and exceptional care.
- Educate patients about treatment options, expected results, risks, and pre- and post-treatment instructions.
- Recommend appropriate skincare products, services, and future treatments based on each patient’s individual goals.
- Maintain complete, accurate, and timely documentation in each patient’s medical record.
- Capture consistent before-and-after photography and document treatment outcomes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, fully prepared treatment room.
- Participate in ongoing training, clinical education, and Illume’s in-house certification process.
- Collaborate with Illume’s clinical, sales, and operations teams to support patient satisfaction and practice goals.
- Maintain strong patient retention, rebooking, utilization, and revenue performance.
- Perform additional treatments based on training, certification, scope of practice, and business needs. These may include laser procedures, IV infusions, intimate wellness treatments, and other aesthetic or wellness services.
- Travel between Illume clinic locations when necessary.
- Perform other duties related to patient care and clinic operations as assigned.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this Registered Nurse Injector position, you must have:
- An active Registered Nurse license in the State of Oregon that is in good standing.
- At least two years of recent, hands-on aesthetic injecting experience.
- Demonstrated experience administering neurotoxins and dermal fillers.
- A strong understanding of facial anatomy, patient assessment, injection safety, and complication prevention.
- Current BLS or CPR certification.
- Experience building and retaining an aesthetic patient base.
- Confidence discussing treatment recommendations, skincare products, and long-term aesthetic plans.
- Excellent communication, consultation, and patient-service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to complete accurate clinical documentation.
- Comfort using electronic medical records, scheduling systems, and other contemporary software.
- A professional appearance and warm, polished bedside manner.
- Dependability, punctuality, and the ability to maintain on-time treatment schedules.
- A team-oriented mindset and willingness to support the overall patient experience.
Please note: This is not an entry-level injector position. Applicants must have previous professional experience performing cosmetic injections.
