Role Summary: This position involves collaborating with nurse leaders to develop, implement, and evaluate nursing student programs and initiatives that support clinical leadership and practice readiness. Key Responsibilities Provide coaching and mentorship to nurse leaders, fostering the adoption of evidence-based practices and leadership competencies. Develop and manage programs aimed at preparing nursing students for clinical roles and increasing hiring opportunities. Collaborate with leadership to identify best practices, strategize initiatives, and ensure program sustainability. Evaluate program effectiveness, report on outcomes, and recommend improvements aligned with organizational and academic goals. Support implementation of new care modalities and process improvements within nursing practice. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Nursing and RN license in good standing. At least five years of nursing leadership experience with broad clinical knowledge. Proficiency in Evidence-Based Leadership (EBL), LEAN, and CAP methodologies. Strong data analysis, coaching, and program management skills.
