Benefits (Full-Time) 401(k) Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance PTO Supportive, team-focused environment About the Role As the ADON, you will support the Director of Nursing in ensuring high-quality resident care, strong clinical outcomes, and smooth day-to-day nursing operations. You will help lead our nursing team, uphold compliance with federal and state standards, and provide compassionate leadership that reflects our Spirit of Excellence. What You'll Do Support 24/7 oversight of nursing services alongside the Director of Nursing Ensure resident care plans meet physician orders, regulatory standards, and facility policies Communicate policies, train staff, and monitor clinical practices Participate in admissions decisions and assess prospective residents when needed Attend daily and weekly leadership meetings to discuss resident status and staffing Ensure high-quality, compassionate care—monitoring cleanliness, wound prevention, and resident well-being Monitor key clinical quality indicators and implement systems to exceed targets Collaborate with physicians, consultants, therapy, and community partners Oversee competency testing for licensed and unlicensed staff Lead and maintain the facility's infection control program Serve as acting Director of Nursing when needed What We're Looking For Active RN license in the state of Missouri Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred 5+ years long-term care or acute care experience preferred 2+ years nursing supervisory experience required Strong leadership, communication, and clinical assessment skills Why Choose Monarch Springs? Requirements

  • Active RN license in the state of Missouri
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
  • 5+ years long-term care or acute care experience preferred
  • 2+ years nursing supervisory experience required
  • Strong leadership, communication, and clinical assessment skills
