Up to $20,000 Sign-On Bonus Available. Tier II Float - ICU. Two Years of RN ICU Experience Strongly Preferred. ICU Tier II RN can float to Telemetry with full assignment. Float Locations Include: Mary Immaculate Hospital, Maryview Medical Center, Harbour View Medical Center & Southampton Medical Center. The RN Clinical Float Pool assesses, analyzes, plans, implements and evaluates patient care following established patient care standards for the organization including those for patient assessment and transfer. The primary function of this job, based on hiring tier, is to be available and flexible to float to various departments, and sites throughout the markets within the organization to provide patient care. Participates as a member of the health care team in cooperation with and under the direction of a clinical manager or designee as defined by the relevant Standards and Scope of Practice for the Registered Nurse.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (required)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) (preferred)
  • Current nursing license in the designated state of employment (required)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (required based on specialty assignment)
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification (required based on specialty assignment)
  • 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in acute care (required)
  • Two years of RN ICU experience (strongly preferred)
