About this role
*Job Summary* We are seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes. Candidates must have valid, unexpired HHA or PCA certifications in order to be hired. We have cases spanning from Westchester, NYC (All 5 Boroughs), and Long Island (both Nassau and Suffolk Counties). All applicants with certificates are encouraged to apply--we will locate a case for you if we don't already have one available.

- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Administer medications as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation
