Monday-Friday; 6:00am-7:00pm
Weekends; 6:00am-7;00pm

Responsibilities
1 on 1 Patient Care. Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment. Monitor patient's condition and compose patient charts. Assist patient in daily activities. Take and record vitals. Provide caregiver relief.

Active IL NURSING LICENSE Current CPR Certification
