About this role
The Quality Outcomes Specialist ensures the delivery of high quality, excellent care that meets or exceeds regulatory standards and requirements and payor expectations, as well as assisting the organization to successfully achieve organizational objectives for quality and patient safety. This role participates in quality reviews, reporting and performance improvement. Key functions include evaluating and monitoring compliance with internal and external requirements, preparing quality reports, supporting quality and patient safety committees, supporting Medical Staff Quality and Peer Review, promoting patient safety practices, participating in performance improvement activities utilizing data analytics, and facilitating provider performance review activities.
Requires current RN License, 2 years clinical experience, CHPQ certification preferred, BSN preferred.
