As Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) of the SICU and CVICU, you will provide clinical supervision and unit coordination to promote a cohesive team, promote effective care and improve treatment outcomes. With an emphasis on professional development and success, you will encourage caregivers to enhance their skills and patient experience through improvement initiatives and incentives. A caregiver in this position works nights from 7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.

Responsibilities include supervising and coordinating unit clinical operations, ensuring effective patient care, facilitating communication among caregivers, coordinating patient admissions, and leading educational initiatives for high-acuity critical care therapies.
