Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) – Surgical ICU (SICU)/Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU)

As Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) of the SICU and CVICU, you will provide clinical supervision and unit coordination to promote a cohesive team, promote effective care and improve treatment outcomes. With an emphasis on professional development and success, you will encourage caregivers to enhance their skills and the patient experience through improvement initiatives and to work shifts from 7:00PM – 7:30AM with varying shifts according to unit needs.

Responsibilities include supervising and coordinating unit clinical operations, providing patient care, and facilitating communication and collaboration among unit caregivers and other departments/units. Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: Graduate from an accredited school of Professional Nursing, Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN), Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA). Preferred qualifications include: CCRN Certification, one year of leadership experience, and strong demonstrated clinical knowledge and skills.
