House Supervisor Registered Nurse for the Nursing Administrative Team. Provides clinical expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care in a high acuity environment in a leadership role. Responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the hospital during designated shift. Assists in coordination and facilitation of patient care and hospital operations. Provides supervision, leadership, direction, and clinical support to assure delivery of quality patient-centered care.
Requirements
Licensure as a Florida Registered Nurse or appropriate compact licensure (active FL RN license required within 60 days of hire if compact license held)
Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred
Minimum 2 years previous RN experience
1 year leadership experience
Current American Heart Association BLS (Basic Life Support)
Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills
Ability to read/comprehend written instructions
Ability to follow verbal instructions
