The Registered Nurse will serve as the Associate Chief Nursing - Operations at Lebanon VA Medical Center. The Chief Nurse of Operations provides senior leadership and oversight for daily clinical and administrative operations within nursing, functioning as an advisor, administrator, educator, consultant, and mentor. Responsibilities include oversight of Home Based Primary Care (HBPC), Office of Connected Care, and the Recruitment/Resource Office.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Current, full, active, and unrestricted RN license in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the U.S. or District of Columbia
  • English language proficiency
  • Graduate of a school of professional nursing accredited by ACEN or CCNE
  • Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) with 4 years of professional nursing experience (one equivalent to Nurse III), OR Doctoral degree in nursing with 3 years of professional nursing experience
  • BSN required for related field degree pathways
  • Background/security investigation
  • Drug screening (urinalysis)
