About this role
LifeWorks Wellness Center is seeking a skilled, compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team. This role carries the highest responsibility for maintaining a sterile, safe environment while delivering treatments exactly according to protocol.
The RN plays a critical role in ensuring patient safety, treatment accuracy, and comfort throughout the entire experience. This position requires strong clinical skill, attentiveness, emotional intelligence, and the ability to support chronically ill patients with professionalism and compassion.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain a sterile treatment environment and deliver all therapies exactly per established protocols Educate patients on the importance of treatment consistency and adherence to care plans Initiate and deliver therapies according to standard clinical protocols Review daily and weekly schedules to prepare for patient volume and ensure efficiency Perform equipment setup, sanitation, and cleanup procedures before and after patient treatments Ensure all patient consents and treatment plans are current and compliant Deliver accurate treatments to multiple patients while maintaining safety and precision Monitor patients closely during treatment and respond immediately to any emergency situations Communicate scheduling concerns or clinical issues to the Medical Director promptly Maintain accurate patient charting for every encounter and treatment delivered Comply with all hazardous material handling procedures and safety regulations Maintain patient confidentiality at all times Adhere to professional standards, policies, and all federal, state, and local requirements
Qualifications

- Education and/or
Experience
- Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year of ICU or ER experience required
- Phlebotomy proficiency required; experience accessing ports and PICC lines required
- Current ACLS certification required
- Experience with conscious sedation preferred but not required
- Language
Skills
Must speak English. Must have excellent interactive communication skills, making patients feel comfortable and at ease.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to
- Ability to stand for up to 4 hours at a time while caring for patients
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to lift and position treatment dome onto and off of the treatment table

- Full-time, minimum of 37.5 hours per week
- 4/10 shift -- day shift
