Registered Nurse - General Medicine

Role Overview Responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a general medicine setting. Collaborates with medical providers and care teams to provide personalized, compassionate care following established nursing models. Acts as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers to ensure positive clinical outcomes and an outstanding patient experience. Key Responsibilities Assess patient conditions during admission and shifts, reporting changes promptly. Perform procedures, monitor responses, administer medications, and document care accurately. Respond to patient requests proactively, educating them and their families about medical conditions, treatments, and follow-up care. Qualifications & Skills RN licensure and Bachelors Degree. Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment. Minimum 1+ year RN experience. Strong communication and compassionate patient care skills. Benefits
