Skills and
Qualifications:
• Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a hospital or outpatient facility
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple priorities
• Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems and medical documentation standards
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
