Registered Nurse – MedSurg/Telemetry ($3,768/week | Nights). Location: Concord, MA. Start Date: August 18, 2026. Contract Length: 13 Weeks. Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM). Schedule: 3x12 | 36 Hours/Week (48 hours considered). Travel Pay: $3,768/week (Approx. $78.50/hour). Local Pay: $67/hour. Provide high-quality nursing care to adult Med Surg and Telemetry patients. Continuously monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry rhythms. Administer medications, treatments, and coordinate interdisciplinary patient care. Accurately document patient care using Meditech EMR. Maintain patient safety while collaborating with physicians and the healthcare team.

Requirements

Active Massachusetts RN License (Required)
Current BLS Certification (AHA or ARC)
Minimum 3 years of recent Med Surg/Telemetry RN experience
Telemetry experience required
Meditech EMR experience required
Prior travel nursing experience required
Must be available to work 12-hour night shifts, every other weekend and every other holiday
Ability to pass a Telemetry competency test during orientation
