- Active, unencumbered Texas RN license or valid compact (eNLC) multistate license
- Active, unencumbered Texas RN license or valid compact (eNLC) multistate license
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical RN experience, including 2+ years in a nursing leadership or management role (charge nurse, nurse manager, supervisor, or director)
- Working knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards (Texas BON, Joint Commission, CMS, HIPAA, OSHA)
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Demonstrated experience with staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and staff supervision
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN), Health Administration (MHA), or Business Administration (MBA) (preferred)
