Home Health Registered Nurse position at Banner Health providing skilled home care in patients' homes. Assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents nursing care. Responsible for patient assessment, care plan formulation, coordination of multidisciplinary care, patient and family education, and clinical team leadership. Position covers Pinal County East Valley POD 6 (Casa Grande, Arizona City, Eloy, Coolidge, Maricopa). Scheduling options include full-time and part-time with day shifts.

Requirements

Current, valid RN license in state of practice, temporary/interim RN license, or compact RN licensure
BLS certification required
Valid driver's license
Auto insurance coverage active and maintained
Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card at time of hire and maintained for duration of employment
Experience in clinical area desired
1 year experience in acute care hospital setting (for Banner Registry and Travel acute care positions)
Bachelor's degree preferred
