About this role
Great opportunity for a nurse looking for a slower pace than an hospital and fewer patients than a nursing home! Elm Place is looking for a Registered Nurse for both shifts to join our team! We work 12 hr shifts 7-7. Our company provides services for individuals with developmental disabilities and medical needs in a relaxed home setting.
There will be up to 3 individuals in the home, some who are ventilator dependent. These individuals will be cared for by an RN and a direct care staff. Applicants must have a valid registered nurse license in good standing and pass a background check.
Scrubs can be worn but not required. This relaxed and friendly home setting allows the nurse a great opportunity to learn ventilator care and receive training in all aspects of their care during orientation. The position will allow the opportunity to provide complex high quality care with all the equipment needed to do so, plus give the nurse enough down time to interact with our wonderful individuals that deserve as much love and attention as we can give them.
