Required Work Experience Operating Room: At least two years of OR nursing experience. Required Previous clinical experience. Preferred Licenses & Certifications Current RN licensure in the State of Illinois. Required Basic Life Support/CPR Certification. Upon Hire Required Operating Room: ACLS & PALS.
