Responsibilities

Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations

Review medical histories and diagnostic information

Develop individualized anesthesia plans

Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care

Manage airway and perioperative patient needs

Monitor patients throughout surgical and procedural cases

Respond appropriately to changes in clinical condition

Support postoperative recovery and pain management

Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, physicians, and procedural teams

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Follow applicable clinical quality and patient-safety standards

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nurse-anesthesia program

Current NBCRNA certification

Active California RN and CRNA licenses or eligibility

Current BLS and ACLS certifications

PALS certification when required

Strong independent-practice and clinical decision-making skills

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Previous anesthesia experience preferred

Compensation and Benefits

Annual salary: $300,000–$325,000
