Health Services Coordinator. Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, with on-call responsibilities as needed. Day, evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required. $5,000 Sign-On Bonus. The Health Services Coordinator (HSC) helps create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment by ensuring residents' physical, emotional, spiritual, and healthcare needs are met with compassion and excellence. Working closely with the Health Services Director (HSD), the HSC provides leadership, guidance, and support to care staff, helps maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, and fosters positive relationships with residents, families, team members, and community partners.

Requirements

Current RN, LPN or LVN license, according to state guidelines
Proven, positive leadership in a senior living care environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of state and federal regulations for assisted living and independent living facilities
Ability to teach and train resident care staff
Ability to schedule staff and cover shifts as needed
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Current driver's license
