Prince Frederick serves as the seat of Calvert County in southern Maryland, offering a quieter, small-town pace within reach of both the Chesapeake Bay and the broader D.C.-Baltimore corridor. It's a practical fit for nurses who prefer a more rural setting without being too far from metro amenities.

Worth asking

We can’t answer these from the listing we have. Good ones to ask a recruiter or in the interview.

  • Can you walk me through base pay range and differentials?
  • What should I expect for holiday, call, and rotation?
  • What orientation, preceptor time, and ongoing unit support are included?
  • How are patient load, floating, and staffing support handled day to day?
