About the employer
What we can stand behind right now is mainly the place on the map: the employer is tied to that town and state, not to a long list of published unit or pay details. Pay from our postings is not…
On your path
Case Management is a specialty you move into. Bedside years first. That experience is what gets you in.
Worth asking
The posting doesn’t answer these. Good ones to ask a recruiter or in the interview.
- Can you walk me through base pay range and differentials?
- What are the rotation requirements?
- What orientation, preceptor time, and ongoing unit support are included?
- How are patient load, floating, and staffing support handled day to day?
