RN Visit Nurse – Home Health role at Home Health Care, Inc. providing 1:1 skilled nursing care in patients' homes throughout the St. Paul service area. Full-time with on-call and weekend rotation. Compensation $75,000 to $100,000 per year plus a $4,000 Sign-On Bonus.

Requirements

Active Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license
Experience in home health, hospital, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or other clinical settings
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Ability to work independently while managing daily visits
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the St. Paul territory
