RN, Founding Team – Leadership Track at Timeless Medical, a physician-owned wellness and longevity studio in Solon, OH. 1099 Independent Contractor role with commission-only pay. Primary focus on T-Shape II body contouring and skin tightening, with growth into HOCATT ozone sauna therapy, IV/IM vitamin and wellness infusions, phlebotomy and lab draws, chemical peels and other aesthetic services. Includes sales
responsibilities:
educating clients, converting sessions into packages and memberships, and tracking production. Leadership growth path to Clinical Team Lead or Director of Clinical Operations as the brand scales to multiple locations.
Requirements
Active RN license in good standing
Genuinely energized by selling
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Self-directed, dependable, comfortable owning production numbers
Strong IV and phlebotomy skills preferred
Prior experience in med spa, wellness, aesthetics, or client-facing sales-adjacent healthcare role is a major plus
Comfortable with a sell or be sold mentality
Spa experience
