Salary: $40.00 - $48.32 / hour. Elderwood at Lancaster is seeking RNs to provide personal and compassionate care in a supportive team environment. Responsibilities include directing and monitoring personal care duties and nursing care procedures carried out by Nursing Assistants, assisting with direct care of residents, reporting unusual symptoms and changes of condition, following the Plan of Care for each resident, managing controlled substances including storage and distribution, documenting in care plans and records, and monitoring resident care standards. Full-Time, Part-Time, and per diem roles available. Shifts: Days 6AM-2PM, Evenings 2PM-10PM, Overnights 10PM-6AM.
