Elderwood at Lancaster is seeking experienced Registered Nurse Supervisors for day, evening and overnight shifts. In this role, you will provide clinical oversight, guide nursing employees, and help ensure residents receive coordinated, high-quality care throughout your shift.
You will remain closely connected to residents and daily clinical practice while partnering with nursing leadership to support staff development, clinical quality, and regulatory readiness.
Available Shifts and Pay Differentials
Days: 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
Evenings: 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.
Additional $5.00/hour
• shift differential
Overnights: 10:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m.
Additional $1.00/hour
• shift differential
Evening and overnight differentials apply seven days a week
Full-time, part-time and per diem opportunities are available

Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do as Registered Nurse (RN) - Nursing Supervisor
Clinical Leadership
Supervise nursing care services and nursing personnel across assigned units
Conduct rounds and provide clinical support and guidance to staff
Monitor resident conditions and ensure timely communication of changes
Assist with admissions, evaluations, care planning, and resident oversight
Support safe medication administration and treatment delivery
Staff Support & Operations
Assist with staffing coordination and assignment adjustments
Provide coaching, feedback, and support to nursing staff
Ensure documentation, workflows, and assignments are completed appropriately
Participate in shift-to-shift communication and operational updates
Promote a collaborative, respectful, team-focused environment
Quality & Compliance
Help maintain compliance with facility policies, CMS standards, and nursing regulations
Support infection prevention and facility safety initiatives
Assist with incident response, emergency procedures, and survey readiness
Participate in QAPI and performance improvement efforts
Qualifications:
What You'll Need as a Registered Nurse (RN) - Nursing Supervisor:
Possession of a state license in applicable state you are performing work and current registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience and at least one (1) year of experience in a nursing leadership role
Interest or experience in geriatrics
Current BLS/CPR
Experience with dementia population desirable
