Tristar Home Health Services is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join their home health care team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both outpatient and home health care settings, providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nursing License
- Previous Experience in Home Health Nursing or other Medical Fields
- Familiarity with Medical Software and Equipment
- Updated CPR/BLS Certificate
- Valid California Driver's License
