About this role

Restorative / Falls Nurse – RN or LPN. NHC Lewisburg is seeking a compassionate and organized Restorative / Falls Nurse to support restorative nursing and fall-prevention programs. This role helps patients maintain mobility, independence, dignity, and quality of life while reducing the risk of falls and preventable complications. Responsibilities include implementing and overseeing the Restorative Nursing Program, developing individualized restorative nursing plans, coordinating care with interdisciplinary team, educating partners, maintaining documentation, assisting with fall assessments and prevention strategies, and recommending equipment and supplies.

Requirements

  • Current Tennessee RN license in good standing
  • Current Tennessee LPN license in good standing
  • Current Tennessee RN or LPN license in good standing
  • Knowledge of restorative nursing practices and long-term care regulations
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, restorative nursing, or fall-prevention experience preferred
