Duties
Conduct assessments, follow protocol, report medical or behavioral changes, and document findings
Perform admission
duties
complete assessment, MAR, TAR, POS, review chart set-up, physician orders, and order medications
Manage discharges: complete documentation, notify physician and guardian, and arrange transportation
Provide wound care: follow protocols, irrigate, pack, and remove dressings
Lead CNAs and CMTs, ensuring compliance with facility protocols and policies
Respond effectively to emergency situations
