Make a Real Difference—Four Days a Week Healthy Connections is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or an experienced Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) to join our care team at our Conway Clinic. This full-time position offers an outstanding work-life balance while allowing you to be part of a mission-driven healthcare team. You’ll help deliver comprehensive care to patients of all ages in a supportive, outpatient clinic setting where your voice is heard, your work is respected, and your impact is real. What You’ll Do Support providers in delivering quality primary care and outpatient services to patients of all ages. Perform direct patient care tasks such as administering medications, documenting vitals, and assisting with exams and procedures. Ensure a clean, efficient, and safe clinical environment that promotes comfort and trust. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record (EHR) systems. Educate patients and families while supporting care coordination and follow-up. Serve as a connector between patients, providers, and support resources to enhance care outcomes. Occasionally participate in staff training, meetings, and patient outreach activities. What You’ll Bring Active certification as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA). Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (must be American Heart or Red Cross). Experience working in a busy outpatient clinic or similar healthcare setting required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health records. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset. Willingness to occasionally travel for meetings or professional development. Why Join Healthy Connections?
