Requirements
Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
Compact licenses must be transferred to state of residence within 60 days
Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
BLS Certification
TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
Current immunizations
Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
1 year experience
