To manage administrative and functional areas or programs within the Nursing Services Department, and to assist the Director of Nursing in overall operation of the Department in accordance with facility policies, and Standards of nursing practices and government regulations, so as to maintain excellent care of all the Resident's needs. Essential job Duties and Responsibilities: Program Management, Support Director of Nursing, Stand In, Manage Compliance, Community Relations, Resident Rights, Care Plans, Staff Development, Safety and Sanitation, Other Duties as assigned.

  • Completion of post-secondary education or ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to complete continuing education hours as required by the State
  • Related experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job
  • Nursing policy compliance
