About this role
Full-time Registered Nurse position in Interventional Radiology at UK HealthCare in Lexington, KY. Responsibilities include providing total, comprehensive, continuous and patient-centered care: assessing, documenting, planning, implementing, teaching, developing, and evaluating a comprehensive nursing plan of care; delivering direct patient care; ensuring patient satisfaction; training and delegating duties for Nursing Care Technicians; and adhering to University policies and procedures. Shift is 4-10s @ 7-1730 with night and weekend call (2-3 weeknights and 1-2 weekends of call per schedule period).
Requires ADN, active Kentucky RN license (or compact state license/TWP/Provisional License in good standing), and AHA Basic Life Support certification valid for at least 6 months after employment date. No experience required. BSN with at least 1 year of RN experience preferred.
