What You'll Do
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, CMAs and interdisciplinary team members
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulations

Requirements
