Department: 02130 AHNMG Inpatient: Gastroenterology: 770 Pine St - Gastroenterology. Full time, 40 hours per week, weekdays 9-5. The RN engages in unit councils, professional governance, and quality initiatives; utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate nursing care; monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, mobilizes resources, and collaborates with the care team; upholds and promotes a culture of safety; administers medications, treatments, and therapies safely; maintains accurate EHR documentation; and may float to other units as needed.

Requirements

Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Active registered nurse (RN) multi-state compact and/or single-state license
1 year of experience in clinical nursing
Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN) - preferred
Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking
Time management, prioritization and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
